• Technical and disciplinary management of the Extrusion (blown film extrusion) department
• Responsibility for the laboratory extruder with input of own ideas
• Initiate, manage, supervise and optimize production
• Project work, including development of new recipes to meet the market
• Lean management skills are desirable
• Reporting directly to management
• Close cooperation with quality assurance and all other related areas
