• a completed commercial education
• ideally initial professional experience in customer service or in field service
• very good written and spoken German skills as well as good English skills
• Safe use of MS Office and, at best, ERP skills
• Communication talent, customer orientation, ability to work in a team, flexibility, problem-solving skills and good time management are your strengths
